Multi Services Solutions Pty Ltd (“MSS Group”) is an Australian privately-owned company built on strong foundations of industry experience and service excellence. The Group comprises 3 divisions - Projects and Construction Management, Facility Services and Cleaning Services. Through the successful delivery of small to medium size Projects, along with supporting clients in emergency situations over numerous years, this has allowed us to create our Cleaning Services Solutions (CSS) division. We are able to seamlessly integrate these services to offer a full range of property delivery solutions for our clients.
CSS has undertaken a number of client implementations with differing levels of complexity and time allowed. In all cases, we used a tried and tested approach and standard operating processes to ensure services can be delivered from day one. These include:
- The cleaning plan and schedules
- Cleaner and Supervisor job structures and job descriptions
- Client Induction and training requirements
- Client stakeholder map and plan
- Work request and complaint logging system (integrated with the MSS Helpdesk)
- Shift communications hand-over processes
- Inspection system and forms
- KPI tracking system tailored to our Services Agreement
- Implementation of cleaning review meetings for reviewing and assessing performance.
Our standard operating processes are continually being refined in line with our Integrated Management System and using our experience on site and the lessons / best practice learned across our organisation. CSS continues to refine our operations so that in the future, we will gain even more efficiencies and benefits for you.

CSS has cleaning teams covering all locations in Australia. We have a unique method for delivering a service that focuses on the specific outcomes that our individual customers value. In adopting this approach for our clients, we will tailor our systems and processes to the site’s needs whilst ensuring the standards are consistent with similar assets we are servicing. We have a national network of over 200 cleaning personnel plus an extensive sub-contractor network to assist with peak demand. CSS has broad and diverse experience in the Aged Care, Petroleum, Retail and Education sectors. This scale of operation provides our clients with the confidence that our team has the capability and capacity to seamlessly service their national portfolio.
